![]() The December "What's Baking?" theme was biscotti, and I'm excited to hop back in to the blogging world with one of my favorite baked goods! I tweaked a recipe from Smitten Kitchen for almond biscotti, and I must admit, they are absolutely delicious! Really, the only change I made was to leave out the orange liquor and grated peel - I am weird about what I like to pair fruit with and it's pretty much nothing.
