If this concept is as disheartening to you as it is to me, fear not! I have your solution, and the best news is that it is super simple and life changing. You can make your own everything seasoning. Mix it up, put it in a pretty jar, and add a pinch or two to your favorite dishes. Secretly, I love to throw it in a salad for a little crunch, or sprinkle it on top of my whole wheat bagels or in with popcorn. The possibilities are truly endless. To shake things up a little (pun intended), I threw in an extra ingredient - hemp seeds - for an extra dose of healthy fats and texture. Try any other nuts or seeds that you like, too!
The proportions are really up to you. LOVE garlic? Add a little more of that, hate poppy seads? Leave 'em out. Start with a 1:1 proportion of each ingredient and adjust to your taste.
